Donkey Kong 3 seems to have a glitch, after playing it for a while, it crashes, and there's no way to start the game again without refreshing the page. Also, the micro vs. games don't zoom in on the screen when starting the game, I don't know if this is intentional.
I hope you all put the mga handheld games in there and mortal kombat. Street fighter need to be add it on there and the rest of the classic on there soon. I will download the desktop version once it get a full release
This is sweet, thanks for setting this up. Is there any possibility of adding the Nelsonic watches for Zelda and Super Mario? I think both are from around 1989. The Zelda watch holds a lot of nostalgia for me and I'd love to check it out again. Thanks
i genuinly cannot fathom that this exists lmao. litterally how would you emulate an lcd game? how does that even work? do you just manually code it yourself? how does this exist?
From what I understand, this is possible by playing and taking apart actual units and recreating the game logic somehow? Sometimes, like in the case of the Splatterhouse game I contributed to, videos of the game being played are used if the unit's too obscure or hard to come by.
Though take what I say with a grain of salt, as I'm by no means a developer; though it's worth nothing people have been doing these since the late 90's, if Madrigal's emulators are to be believed.
Esto que hacen me parece genial! Es una de las mejores cosas que he encontrado al navegar por internet . Han considerado agregar algo de los juegos de los relojes Casio por ejemplo el modelo GJ-9 " jungle star" o GR-3 "moon fight robot".
Wow! Just Amazing! I remember a lot of Tiger Eletronic handheld like Ninja Gaiden and Double Dragon! Hope we have these games soon! Thank you for sharing!
I have a later rereleased version the the Electronic Yahtzee, I must say, you recreated the experience spot on. 10 outta 10, all of these remakes are absolute gold.
The level of detail is just amazing. I used to have the Hasbro Inc. Electronic Yahtzee game.
My best memories were the amount of Tiger LCD games that I had collected during the late 80's & early 90's. Some of my favorites were:
- Wrestling (you could select up to 4 different characters)
- Karate King
- Double Dragon
- Double Dragon II
- Gauntlet
- Castlevania II: Simon's Quest
- Electronic Football
- Electronic Baseball
- Electronic Pinball
- Talking Super Street Fighter II
I also owned WWF Wrestlemania (which wasn't by Tiger Electronics, not who produced it). It pitted you as Hulk Hogan against Andre the Giant. You also had to be careful that you didn't get hit by The Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase.
I also owned one of the Remco produced Electronic Double Dare Balloon Pop. They had a couple of other variations created also.
My brother also owned Konami's Contra & Electronic Airwolf. Both of those were fun. One of my friend had Konami's Electronic TMNT.
This page is truly one of the coolest things I've ever come across on the internet. I'm in awe of how well translated each of these systems are. Absolutely phenomenal job on preserving such an important part of gaming history that is simultaneously so at risk of being lost to time
the amount of polish that's went into this is insane. like, just porting these games is already pretty cool in its own right, but including 3d models of the games + boxes and the original manuals is really neat, and I noticed there's even high score saving for most games?? you have my respect
Of course! I don't expect you to just drop all existing work and work on my question right now! Please, do take your time and all...! It's a joy to have this as is!
Itizso, i have a question. Is there any plans to add the Tiger Electronics LCD Game of Sonic 3D Blast? I would love to see it made it in to Retrofab. Also, i enjoyed all of the LCD games. Most notably the Super Mario Bros G&W game which i grew up with the Nintendo Mini Classics keychain. :)
Yes, a simulation of Sonic 3D Blast is planned. You can follow developments on it and other Sonic handheld simulations at this topic in the community forum.
I LOVE THIS COLLECTION!! Is there any chance that you could add WebXR support to these 3D models?! I would LOVE to experience these in VR right in front me in Mixed Reality!! Would be PERFECT to be able to hold these in MR on the Quest or to place the Tabletop units down on an actual table, for instance!! Just figured I'd stop by and give you my feedback and recommendation! Thank you for making these!! I play these on my phone all of the time, but WebXR versions would just go above and beyond!
Thank you friend! It would add a lot to the experience! Also, thank you for taking the time out to preserve these! I stumbled upon the Konami TMNT LCD and was immediately brought back to my childhood! AWESOME STUFF!! :)
I love these! Thank you for making and sharing them. One bug to note: the links to the New Wide Screen version of Super Mario Bros are incorrect on both the Crystal Screen and Special Edition versions.
Heyo, it's me again! I just have a small, personal request I've been meaning to ask: sometime, would you be able to add the Gold/Red shell to the Hasbro Yahtzee? That was my favorite handheld as a kid, and it's how I found RetroFab in the first place. I had the gold version, so it would be cool if that could be an option to select.
Hey! I was just thinking about this. Are there any plans to add the Legend of Zelda themed Vermin that was released on the Zelda 35th anniversary Game & Watch? Either as a separate title or adding all the assets to the existing Vermin?
I'm not sure since there are a number of other simulations that need to be finished first. If you hit follow you'll be notified when new simulations are released.

Been waiting for Bomb Sweeper, thanks for adding Game & Watch game
Love the Smurfs, hope to see some more mini classics soon ;)
Thanks!
Nice for adding The Smurfs
what do you use to make these
All You work is great. have you considered adding some of the Casio watch games, for example the GJ-9 "jungle star" or GR-3 "moon fight robot" model.
Best regards!
put sonic rus
These are the best recreations of handheld lcd games I've ever seen! I'm curious, which game engine do use? The quality is amazing.
Are the Game Boy + DS games emulated or were these recreated like the other games?
Donkey Kong 3 seems to have a glitch, after playing it for a while, it crashes, and there's no way to start the game again without refreshing the page. Also, the micro vs. games don't zoom in on the screen when starting the game, I don't know if this is intentional.
is it possible you can make tiger electronics game such as batman and superman?
Might not comeback, is been in a very long break
Actually, he's still working on it.
But how long, never add new ones, been taking a very long break since in the middle of 2025
I hope you all put the mga handheld games in there and mortal kombat. Street fighter need to be add it on there and the rest of the classic on there soon. I will download the desktop version once it get a full release
Are there any plans to make a Reteofab app so you can play them all in one place?
There is a desktop app in development as well as one for mobile devices.

Work has already started on the zelda watch :)
I am absolutely looking forward to this :) So excited :)

Having these is great. If I could recommend one, Armor Attack by Mattel. It's a pretty well made handheld I had as a kid.

Any possibility to have Adventure World Makaijo Makaimura lsi game from Bandai?

Will there be recreations of the Crash and Spyro LCD games from McDonalds?
Yes there will, but only after I finish all the SEGA and ESPN ones.
Of course! I don't expect you to just drop all existing work and work on my question right now! Please, do take your time and all...! It's a joy to have this as is!

Cool Stuff. I also have a suggestion. Golden Eye by tiger electronics 1995.
I love these! Thank you for making and sharing them. One bug to note: the links to the New Wide Screen version of Super Mario Bros are incorrect on both the Crystal Screen and Special Edition versions.
Thanks! The links are now fixed.
The 4 games are Gold Cliff, Bomb Sweeper, Pinball, and Squish if you are curious.

I'll see if I can make a texture of the Gold edition that would work.
It's not perfect and needs some more work, but the Gold edition is now available in the Yahtzee simulation :)
You're seriously the goat, thank you so, so much!!
Which tiger games are you planning on doing (in numbers)
You can find out by following the discussions in the community forum.
Hey! I was just thinking about this. Are there any plans to add the Legend of Zelda themed Vermin that was released on the Zelda 35th anniversary Game & Watch? Either as a separate title or adding all the assets to the existing Vermin?
There are no plans to add modern releases on RetroFab.
Can you add any lcd games made by Mattel? And can you please add more Tiger lcd games?
I hope to add more Mattel games at some point. And there are number of Tiger games in the works :)
Hi Retrofab, I really love your work. It's amazing how you do it!
I wanted to ask you something: When will the Sonic 3 handheld be released?
I'm not sure since there are a number of other simulations that need to be finished first. If you hit follow you'll be notified when new simulations are released.
