Thank you Itizso for adding Splatterhouse to RetroFab! I used to own this game and I've been trying for years to buy it but due to it's rarity it's just too expensive. I remember spending countless hours trying to complete the game but could never make it past the 4th level. Your simulation plays frustratingly exactly like I remember and now I can finally try to finish a game that has haunted me for years!
This is incredible! I'm in awe at the level of detail, you can even check out the package and instructions booklet. I would love if you would add the sound effects of the buttons being pushed and the handhelds being opened and closed in the future, that would make them as perfect as they could be.
finally, a McDonalds Sonic LCD game now! Can you add the remaining 5 in the 2003 collection (Tails' Sky Patrol (not to be confused with the game gear game originally japan only), Knuckles' Soccer, Shadow Grinder- oh wait someone else recreated it, Sonic's Action Game & (unrelated to Sonic) AiAi Banana Catch) and possibly even add any of the 2004/2005 (Knuckles' Treasure Hunt, Sonic Skateboard/Sonic Extreme Boarding, Amy & Rouge Volleyball & Tennis, Big's Fishing, Shadow Hockey & Basketball, Cream's Flower Catch (has 2 models with one from it's initial release and one in the sega mini video games 2 promotion), Billy's Giant Egg (unrelated to sonic), and Tails' Sky Adventure (also has different models depending if you got the initial model or during sega mini video games 3) ones?
Please can you Put the Game from Q&Q Circus. Please you are the best. Greatings from Germany. I grow Up with LCD Games in the 80. Peace and Respect Bro
I've been checking back on this website for many months now (maybe it's been over a year? I've lost track) and this is genuinely one of my favorite browser game pages on the internet; the accuracy is superb; the game selection is diverse and plentiful, and it goes a long way to preserve these often-forgotten pieces of gaming history which is always a good thing in my book!
Ever since the death of Flash and the subsequent loss of the french Pica Pic website, this is my favorite place to play these old handhelds online, and I cannot overstate how thankful I am of your hard work maintaining and adding stuff here. Cheers from Texas!
Hi! Would it be possible to port your games for offline use with the GW libretro core? Your recreation of the Casio CG-300 is spot on, and I'd love to have it on my handheld console. Do you accept donations?
Welcome to RetroFab and thanks for the suggestion! I'll add it to the list. If you click the follow button you'll be notified when new games are added to the collection.
now this THIS is how you make portable console emulators sure on the ds you can click the screen but its no where near as badass as this props to you man I will be downloading every single one of these
Awesome collection of handheld games. I used to play these on another site, www.pica-pic.com (Adobe Flash) that stopped working, before finding this one. The collection here is better and I'm glad i found it. Brings back so many good memories playing these handheld games.
lcdvery impressed with this collection, brings back so many memories..thankyou very much..i have a request if possible,i wonder if youd be able to add a game made by grandstand, its called BMX FLYER..my brother used to own it and he only let me play it a few times a month lol..it was my all time favorite..if you can add that youll forever be my hero lol...i went online tobuy it and they are wanting over £200 boxed..thanks again..keep up the good work
Absolutely amazing work. I was hoping to watch a few videos and look at pictures of some of the Game & Watch titles, but this is unbelievable! Being able to spin the devices around, peruse the manuals and enjoy the titles with my Bluetooth controller on my tablet is just fantastic. The effects, like the way the light reflects off the plastic, the detail of the brushed metal... the character statues on the desktop of the one background... Stupendous! The panoramic devices are a wonder to behold. Really appreciate you, love your work, thank you for keeping gaming history alive. *cracks knuckles* I've got some gaming to do:)
Thanks for playing and welcome to RetroFab! I appreciate the wonderful feedback. It makes all the hard work that goes into recreating these games worthwhile.
I never had a chance to play Game & Watch, but your recreations are on point with the original Nintendo series of games! With stuff like this, you could remake New Super Mario Bros without it having the lag of a normal emulator! (Just noticed you already have a DS game, so please do some others, and maybe even make a whole collection of them. Just do different easier controls, please.)
My mind is totally blown! These games play and sound just like the original handhelds. What a wonderful way to showcase these early pieces of gaming history. Thank you for this amazing work!
Freakin' awesome!! Thank you for taking me back to my childhood with this amazin' collection. I had quite a few of these LCD games back in the day and your recreations are spot on. Great work!
Thanks for the feedback! It loads fine for me, but giving it some thought it's possible the audio is not being loaded in time to play for the demo mode. Zap is the first game in the collection which plays sounds in demo mode. I've added some exception handling to cater for this and uploaded a new build. Let me know if it works for you now?
Stumbled upon this page today and thought i was dreaming!!
I've always wished to be able to go somewhere and have a large quantity of handheld games to simulate, and this does not disappoint!!
(except, where is Tiger's Batman!) lol
quick question, will you ever release these in a single package that we can download (similar to what you did to Donkey Kong), I guess i'm scared that i'll click on this page one day and it will gone gone! lololol
Welcome to RetroFab! A desktop app to play the sims offline is in development. If you click the follow button you'll be notified of new developments and updates in your feed.
Wow, just came across this today! I grew up with the Game & Watch! My brother and I had a couple of them and would play them on long trips. I still have Oil Panic, Fire Attack and a few others. Thanks so much for posting these!

Suggestion: Retrofab mobile app to play offline. It makes the most sense for handhelds like these IMO.
the new mini classics is pretty fun to play . Hopefully all of them will be released.
This is incredible! I'm in awe at the level of detail, you can even check out the package and instructions booklet. I would love if you would add the sound effects of the buttons being pushed and the handhelds being opened and closed in the future, that would make them as perfect as they could be.
Thank you!
Thanks for playing and for your feedback. An option to turn on button sound effects is in development :)

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I will be adding more of the McDonald's mini video games in the future.
Please can you Put the Game from Q&Q Circus. Please you are the best. Greatings from Germany. I grow Up with LCD Games in the 80. Peace and Respect Bro

There are no immediate plans to port RetroFab , but a windows app to play the games offline is in development.
I've been hoping for a set of handheld games like this for so long. This is amazing. I would love to see Mega Man 2 (1990) from Tiger Electronics.
Welcome to RetroFab and thanks for the suggestion! I'll add it to the list. If you click the follow button you'll be notified when new games are added to the collection.

Great job. I wonder if there is a way to play these with emulator handhelds like Miyoo, Anbernic, Ayn, Retroid etc.

Great collection but Nintendo G&W Bomb sweeper is sorely missed!!
Thanks for playing! I do plan to eventually add the remaining G&W titles to the collection :)
I look forward to it!!
It would be great to play Zelda!
The best handheld simulators ever!!!
