Mario's Bombs Away

In this 1983 Panorama Screen edition in Nintendo's Game & Watch series Mario, working as a soldier in the army, must assist his platoon to transport bombs and blow up the enemy.

Mario must collect a bomb from his buddy on the left side of the screen and deliver it to his buddy on the right side to blow up the enemy.

While Mario is running with the bomb through the jungle enemy soldiers hiding in the trees will try to ignite the bomb with torches while a Heavy Smoker tries to ignite the spilled oil to blow up the bomb. Mario has to raise and lower his arms to keep the bomb from igniting.

Score 1 point for each step Mario advances towards his buddy on the right. Score 5 points when Mario successfully delivers the bomb to his buddy and 10 points when 5 bombs have been collected and are dropped on the enemy.
