Asterix - Hunt for the Boars

Help Asterix catch wild boars in this rare 1984 handheld electronic game released exclusively in France by Ludotronic.

Obelix is hunting wild boars in the forest and throws any he catches to Asterix.

Move Asterix LEFT and RIGHT to catch the boars and throw them in baskets. If Asterix misses any boar it will fall into the water and Obelix will get very mad. Three misses and the game is over.

You'll score 10 points for every boar caught. The speed and number of boars thrown by Obelix will increase as the score increases. A short rest for a quick drink is awarded every 1000 points after which the speed and number of boars thrown will briefly return to that at the start of the game before increasing again as the score increases.
